We fit so much into the floor plan – three bedrooms, two luxury bathrooms, a grand living room featuring a fireplace, a comfortable den and family room, spacious basement, custom laundry room, beautiful kitchen with a large island and walk-in pantry, and finally, a backyard patio.

To get every detail exactly right for this family, we had to be very meticulous in the planning stages. We worked closely with our client to make decisions on flooring, doors, paint, windows, lighting fixtures, drop ceilings, bathroom tiling, siding, roofing, and more. We’re ecstatic that we could exceed our client’s expectations for their new home; there is truly no better feeling.
